Custom Design Process
1. DISCOVERY
1Let’s chat. We will love to learn more about you and what you are dreaming of, and discuss your design options, in order to fit the details into your aesthetic, time line, and budget.
2. CONSULTATION
2During your personal consultation our team will collaborate with you to question, understand and gather findings for a creative brief. We will sketch the rough idea of your project and provide a detailed estimate and a time line for your custom design.
3. RESERVATION
3If you would like to move forward with the project, we then require a signed contract, a 50% deposit and the content (your invitation text). This will reserve your awesome project on our design calendar and get us started.

Timing and Delivery
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BEAUTIFUL INVITATIONS?
It takes up to 10 -15 business days to create the models that are already in our collection - Collection Experience.
The custom made projects may take 20 - 30 business days - Custom Design Experience.
Shipping time not included.
The production time depends on the complexity of each project:
design/ number of invitations/ revisions wanted/ paper choice / stock paper / printing techniques / finishes.

CAN I RECEIVE MY INVITATIONS FASTER?
The ``Custom Express`` service will help you speed up your overall order process.
You will get your invitations in 5 business days.
Custom Express service fee - 150€

HOW WILL MY PROJECT BE DELIVERED?
We are happy to work with couples and clients all over the world.
All projects are very carefully packed+protected and sent from our studio in
Bucharest, Romania, Europe.
Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the package and
delivery location (please send us your full address, name, tel no)
- Shipping cost is not included in the price of any project
1. Package Pick up
Personally picking up project from our studio is also available – appointment only.

2. Bucharest - Courier Delivery
All orders are sent via Fan Courier.
Timing: 1-4 business days (or most probably arrives the next day)
3. National Delivery
National orders are sent via Fan Courier.
Timing: 2-4 business days
4. Europe/America
Standard international shipments are sent using National Mail Service or Express Mail Service(the faster service).
Timing: Europe – 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Timing: America – 10-20 business days, depending on your location.
5. International Express Delivery
Express international shipments are sent with DHL, which provides a faster service.
Timing: 1-3 business days to most parts of the globe.
6. Info
– The packages will be sent within each delivery company time-table, after the final payment is confirmed.
– Once your order ships, you will receive an email, which will include complete tracking information.
– Please note that Foliette is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen issues outside of our reasonable control such as
delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or super busy holiday schedule (Easter/ Labor Day/Black Friday/Christmas/New Year’s Eve, etc..) .
– Foliette does not take responsibility for anything regarding shipping/delivery/duties taxes/or any taxes.
– Additional duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authorities, and are not included in your order total.
We encourage you to research what fees/restrictions/local requirements may be in place in your state or country.
